Beach Day

A few changes have taken place. Kyle's start date at PG&E has been pushed back to make time for a background check. We have also decided that the kids and I will stay in Salem for the summer while he goes to San Francisco and stays at a friends house by himself. We will visit each other on weekends.

Kyle got straight A's spring semester. First time ever. I wonder what that means about him?

With Kyle home in the interlude between school and work we went to the beach! Dillan is finally old enough to have a good time by himself. The weather was perfect and we got to see seals. They came up to the break point of the waves; they were so close! Kyle had gotten his eyes dilated that morning, so he was wearing 2 pairs of sunglasses, hee hee.

The Japan earthquake/tsunami also hit the Oregon coast. The beach is different from the last time we saw it: a peninsula of sand that used to be there is mostly gone and there is way more debris on the shore.

We just got out the exer-saucer. She loves it and can already press the buttons and eat the toys!

Dillan's favorite game was to pick up a stick, run throw it in the waves, and then run away from the waves.

Proof that aliens exist and love the beach...

Get it? They're "crop" circles.
